Called Golden Trowel and explained to Omar our problem of moisture discolouring our stucco under one window especially after a heavy rain.
There were no leaks in the roof or eaves trough above the window frame.
Sent a picture to Omar and within 1 day he was there and assessed that the flashing around the window was inadequate. Water was coming direct at window during rain and leaking through.
He broke through the stucco to find water damage deep into the plywood.
Searched to see the damage was contained to one area and proceeded to repair and improve the entire situation including better protection for an electrical outlet.
10 days later after complete drying he sent his finisher to match and complete the repair. Stucco matched perfectly.
Superb work.
Highly recommended.

Our home is a high 2-storey, 3 colour home with battens and cedar inserts built in 1981.  Repairing the stucco and repainting the whole house (and garage) is not a job for the faint of heart beginner.

Omar's team at Golden Trowel Ltd. were the perfect professionals for the job, the house looks like new, the work was done on time and Omar provided updates to keep us informed as to progress.
